The CDS Interviewing Team is a group of experienced, professional interviewers who specialize in telephone surveys, study participant recruitment, and other telephone support for scientific studies.

Our interviewers are a dedicated group, supervised by lead interviewers who monitor calls for quality, consistency, and adherence to your script. In our on-site phone room, our staff can work as a team, coordinate work, and benefit from each other’s experience.

Interviews and recruitments can be performed with computer-based call management and data entry so that data is available immediately. Customizable databases for participant tracking and random digit dialing are available.
